During the accounting process, we will review the documents and provide concrete reminders if the items will cause the query from the Auditors, to make sure your Accounts would be prepared in a way the Auditors have least query.

Our Accounting Service Fee is to be quoted based on the length of accounting period, the number of monthly average transactions during such period.

To get the number of monthly average transactions, we will mainly count

- the number of transactions on the Company’s Bank and Business Card Statements

- the number of Sales and Purchases Invoices

- the number of cost/ expenses invoices settled not through the bank accounts

In case your Business is not active through the year, we are pleased to be flexible to review the case and offer special rates to assist you to meet the basic requirements on Accounting and Auditing.
